Scope
Led migration work for a Fortune 500 science and technology platform from a legacy Windows/IIS environment to Apache and MySQL. Client-identifying details are intentionally omitted.
Execution
Provisioned the test environment, integrated DNS changes, and validated end-to-end functionality before cutover.
Risk management
A production plan should also include backups, rollback steps, DNS TTL considerations, monitoring and clear cutover ownership.
